Construct high-capacity SDH microwave link between Sydney and Melbourne (with a spur for Canberra) for emerging new carrier. The scope included supply and installation of shelters, power systems, antennas, waveguides, and commissioning of the microwave and multiplex equipments. Our challenge was to complete this 14-hop, 15-site construction and commissioning project within six months from commencement, including repeater sites in the Victorian snow country.
