Visionstreams Northern Region project team successfully delivered this project for Telstra – on time and within budget in 2003.
Seasonal wet weather and cultural heritage issues challenged the project team but were all addressed so as to allow the project to proceed on time. Importantly, the cultural heritage issues, which involved several traditional owner groups, were handled in accordance with Telstra’s requirements and importantly enhanced Telstra’s reputation amongst the traditional owners and relevant authorities.
